ZAKRES OBOWIĄZKÓW:

Your responsibilities:

• Provide customer support for electric car purchase or after-sales support (inbound calls)
• Establishing and maintaining customer relationships
• Reporting in systems

Our requirements:

• Knowledge of the Spanish language at the C1 level
• Knowledge of English at B2 level (training is conducted in English)
• Ability to operate Windows operating system and MS Office package
• Openness in customer relations
• Communication skills and attitude towards working with people
• High personal culture and customer orientation
• Commitment and motivation to work - together we can achieve more!
• Availability to work from the office (Lublin, Czechów district)
