For our Client, an international consulting company, we are looking for a Customer Service Specialist with Norwegian / Finnish / Czech / Slovak.

Requirements

• very good English skills (B2+)
• previous experience in customer support, service operations or contact center roles (min. 2 years)
• good communication skills and a solution-oriented mindset
• ability to manage multiple tasks independently and prioritize effectively
• proficient in Excel

Responsibilities

• provide professional support to customers through phone, email, and digital channels
• investigate and resolve customer cases with a focus on accuracy and efficiency
• ensure a positive customer experience by building trust and long-term relationships
• work closely with internal teams to resolve cases and handle escalations
• document customer interactions in internal systems with attention to detail
• identify recurring issues in customer requests and contribute to service improvements
