For our Client, an international consulting company, we are looking for a Customer Service Specialist with Norwegian / Finnish / Czech / Slovak.
Requirements
- very good English skills (B2+)
- previous experience in customer support, service operations or contact center roles (min. 2 years)
- good communication skills and a solution-oriented mindset
- ability to manage multiple tasks independently and prioritize effectively
- proficient in Excel
Responsibilities
- provide professional support to customers through phone, email, and digital channels
- investigate and resolve customer cases with a focus on accuracy and efficiency
- ensure a positive customer experience by building trust and long-term relationships
- work closely with internal teams to resolve cases and handle escalations
- document customer interactions in internal systems with attention to detail
- identify recurring issues in customer requests and contribute to service improvements
