We are looking for a Customer Service Specialist who will be responsible for providing excellent service to Romania-based customers in Romanian, via phone, live chat, and e-mail in the CRM system.

Responsibilities :

1. Providing ongoing customer service support: managing incoming calls and solving problems received via email while using the CRM system, managing client databases in the CRM system, informing clients about the system, transaction status, etc.
2. Registering and passing issues to other operational departments.
3. Everyday cooperation with other departments in the company (operational and sales teams).
4. Providing the highest level of service to business customers.
5. Getting involved in the processes that aim to provide the best possible level of customer service.

What we are looking for :

1. Fluency in Romanian & English.
2. Previous experience in customer service or back-office administration.
3. Good knowledge of MS Excel.
4. Very good communication skills, involvement, and ability to work in a dynamic environment.
5. Ability to build relationships and organize tasks.
6. Experience in working with CRM software.
7. Knowledge of the payment industry.
