We are looking for a passionate Customer Service Specialist with languages, to join our client – an international company based in Warsaw.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues with empathy and efficiency.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Fluency in English and Italian, French, Spanish or other European language.
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field.
- Proficiency in using customer service software and tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
