Opis stanowiska pracy

Your tasks:

• Handling incoming calls and email correspondence in Italian;
• Providing information for passengers regarding flights schedules;
• Handling outbound calls related to schedule changes or other airline issues;
• Supporting passengers at every stage of their journey;
• Supporting passengers with their special needs;
• Handling the airlines customer complaints process.

Requirements:

• Knowledge of the Italian language at B2 level or higher;
• Knowledge of the Polish language at the communication level (necessary to take part in the implementation);
• Communication skills;
• Ability to work under the pressure and look for solutions;
• Availability for a minimum of 100h during project working hours (the project works Mon - Fri 9am - 6pm);
• Accuracy in performing assigned tasks.
