Job Description:

Responsibilities:

• Providing the highest level of customer service to customers (only phone contact);
• Making new bookings and modifying existing reservations;
• Providing information on fees, prices, and transportation rules;
• Issuing/reissuing tickets;
• Processing refunds;
• Providing support for the e-commerce department and loyalty program.

Requirements:

• First experience in customer service will be an asset;
• High level of motivation to work;
• Open, highly communicative individuals with well-developed interpersonal skills;
• Stable contract of employment;
• Private medical care (Luxmed);
• Multisport card;
