For our client - one of the leaders in an airline industry, we are looking for candidates to join the internatioanl team as a Customer Service Specialist with Italian!

Main responsibilities:

• Providing friendly customer support through the phone,
• Answering passengers queries (e.g., rebooking, ticketing),
• Managing reservations and refunds in the system,
• Supporting other departments in their activities.

On-site work from the office in Wrocław.

Requirements:

• Fluency in English,
• Knowledge of Italian on minimum B2/C1 level,
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills,
• Customer-oriented approach.
