For our client, a large international company, we are looking for specialists with knowledge of German for the position of customer service specialist.

• Supporting customers through various channels (inbound calls and messages)
• Analyzing and resolving customer inquiries
• Making changes to the system
• Transferring faults or calls to other departments.

Requirements:

• Knowledge of German at a minimum B2 level.
• First experience in customer service.
• Knowledge of English will be an added value.
