Recruitment for
We are recruiting on behalf of our client - a world’s leading outsourcing company that provides services related to customer/technical support and content moderation. It is present on many European markets, Poland included. You will be signing the contract directly with the Polish employer.
Your responsibilities
- Delivering high-quality customer service in German through phone, email, and chat
- Most queries involve online banking, transactions, payment cards, and general information about the company’s financial products.
Employer requirements
- B2+/C1-level proficiency in German language (no English or Polish required)
- Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset
- Ability to work full-time in shifts within the timeframe 07:00 – 22:00 CET, Monday to Sunday
Optional
- Customer service experience is a plus, but not required.
