For our client, a large international company, we are looking for specialists with knowledge of French or German for the position of customer service specialist.

Customer Service Specialist with German/FrenchMiejsce pracy: Kraków  Responsibilities:   - Supporting customers through various channels (inbound calls and messages) - Analyzing and resolving customer inquiries - Making changes to the system - Transferring faults or calls to other departments.

Requirements:

- Knowledge of German or French at a minimum B2 level. - First experience in customer service. - Knowledge of English will be an added value.
