Customer Service Specialist with German

Join our international manufacturing client and make a positive impact on our customer experience!

Requirements:

• Min.3 years of experience in customer service or order management
• Fluency in English and German (min. C1)
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Knowledge of Excel
• Experience using SAP or other ERP is an advantage
• High standards of quality and accuracy in work

Responsibilities:

• Handle all aspects of the order lifecycle, from quotations to delivery
• Keep customers informed about order status and proactively address any requests
• Provide excellent customer service, including handling product inquiries and resolving issues
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of products that meet customer requirements
