Your Tasks:
• Responding to pitch requests from the German BDM teams, clarifying the brief and working with the BDM team throughout the pitch process
• Creating first draft pitches (in Word or PowerPoint) by gathering and formatting pitch data (experience, CVs, capability, pricing, and delivery sections, imagery/infographics, factual content, compliance questions etc.) from internal and external sources
• Creating bespoke design elements (maps, data graphics, front page and divider images, team charts etc.) and incorporating them into the pitch document
• Correcting errors in texts, taking care of the quality of prepared documents
• Record and update pitch opportunities in the internal database
• Develop and maintain collaborative client relationships
What we are looking for:
• Bachelor’s Degree (Law degree would be beneficial )
• Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office package (PowerPoint and Word)
• Excellent written and oral communication in English and German
• Experience in marketing will be an advantage
• Very good reaserch skills
• Excellent focus on quality and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure
