- knowledge of MS Office

Your tasks
- handling approximately 30-50 customer inquiries per day in German (telephone and e-mail)
- acceptance and processing transactions in SAP
- order status monitoring
- interface with other departments to resolve problems related to order to cash cycle
- achieve target goals for daily deadlines and monthly order quality
