Your tasks

• handling approximately 30-50 customer inquiries per day in German (telephone and e-mail)
• acceptance and processing transactions in SAP
• order status monitoring
• interface with other departments to resolve problems related to order to cash cycle
• achieve target goals for daily deadlines and monthly order quality
