Job Title: Customer Service Specialist
Location: Szczecin, Zachodniopomorskie, Poland
Responsibilities:
- Customer service (phone and email) - including order handling (tracking statuses and solving reported problems).
- Website management - updating and developing content in German.
- Identification of customer needs in terms of the manufacturers brand product offering.
- Analysis of market trends and support in planning and sales strategy.
- Cooperation with other departments of the company.
Qualifications:
- Fluent in German, spoken and written. Knowledge of other foreign languages is welcome.
- Experience in sales or customer service min. 1 year.
- Excellent organization of own work.
- Practical knowledge of MS Office.
- Experience in working with ERP and CRM systems is welcome.
