Job Title: Customer Service Specialist

Location: Szczecin, Zachodniopomorskie, Poland

Responsibilities:

• Customer service (phone and email) - including order handling (tracking statuses and solving reported problems).
• Website management - updating and developing content in German.
• Identification of customer needs in terms of the manufacturers brand product offering.
• Analysis of market trends and support in planning and sales strategy.
• Cooperation with other departments of the company.

Qualifications:

• Fluent in German, spoken and written. Knowledge of other foreign languages is welcome.
• Experience in sales or customer service min. 1 year.
• Excellent organization of own work.
• Practical knowledge of MS Office.
• Experience in working with ERP and CRM systems is welcome.
