Daily contact with business clients in German (e-mail, chat and phone)
Managing the end-to-end order processing cycle for business clients
Handling returns and complaints in line with company procedures
Resolving order-related issues and ensuring timely deliveries
Working closely with internal departments
Preparing reports and analyses related to order management
Cooperating with the team to optimize order management processes
WYMAGANIA:
Very good command of German - min. B2/C1
Communicative English - min. B2
Experience in customer service and/ or order management
Accuracy, analytical thinking, and strong organizational skills
Willingness to learn and grow in an international work environment
