Tasks:

• Customer service in the travel industry, assisting in solving problems with hotel bookings, flights
• Comprehensive service in accordance with company standards
• Updating the customer base

Requirements:

• Knowledge of German at the level of C1 and English at the level of at least B1
• High personal culture
• Knowledge of MS Office
• Willingness to develop in an international environment
