Job Description:

• Responsible for managing orders in SAP (booking, pricing, availability, billing).
• Handling returns and device upgrades, and managing service complaints.
• Utilized CRM (Salesforce) daily to register customer and sales rep communications.
• Conducted database analysis and maintenance, and collaborated with the team to resolve issues as needed.

Requirements:

• Fluent in German, English, and Polish.
• Higher education with strong analytical skills (Excel).
• Experience in customer service and SAP/Salesforce - min. 1 year.
• Able to work under pressure.
• Independent and team-oriented.
• Flexible and open-minded.
