Customer Service Specialist with German
Location: Kraków
Our customer is the leader in providing modern business solutions. Were looking for candidates who are fluent in German and would like to take first steps in Customer Service area! You will be responsible for managing requests for German-speaking clients and maintaining strong relationships with them.
Project information:
- Industry: Travel
- Type of project: Customer Service
- Location: Kraków; hybrid work model
- Working hours: Mon-Fr (8 hours per day - standard business hours)
- Languages: German & English
- Type of employment: long-term contract of employment
- Salary range: 7100 PLN gross + additional bonuses for languages
