Job Description:

For our client, an international company from the medical sector, we are looking for candidates for the position of Customer Service International Liaison.

• Cooperation based on an employment contract
• Shift work from Monday to Friday from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. / 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. / 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.

Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming calls to the customer service phoneline
• Address inquiries referencing the scripted responses according to training
• Document all calls according to customer service policy and procedures
• Oversee order fulfillment for all orders originating in EMEA
• Provide inside sales support to field sales staff and members of the commercial teams when needed
• Professional customer service in accordance with the principles of GDPR and implementation of the companys mission in everyday work

What we expect:

• Ability to communicate effectively in English (min. C1 level)
• Fluency in French or Italian (min. C1 level)
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Suite
• Empathetic attitude, understanding of drivers of customer satisfaction, ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stressful situations, superior technical communication skills
