Job Description:

For our client located in Łódź, in the SSC sector of the manufacturing area, we are looking for an experienced customer service specialist with French language skills.

A successful candidate will have experience managing high-volume B2B business. This position provides an opportunity to have a daily impact on our business and will regularly interface with our customers, Sales, and Supply Chain. The candidate must have a willingness to work through difficult situations and circumstances while maintaining a professional disposition at all times.

Key responsibilities:

• Establish and maintain positive working relationships with customers, co-packers, and all internal departments.
• Provide accurate and timely communication including written correspondence, telephone, and electronic exchanges to all internal and external customers.
• Manage and take ownership of all incoming queries from customers.
• Build extensive knowledge of the product portfolio.
• Guarantee quality services and possess in-depth knowledge of the customers activities.
• Daily, complete a high volume of incoming orders into the SAP system accurately.
• Follow orders through the system from the time of order entry through invoicing.
• Determine the appropriate method of order entry and shipment for accuracy and customer satisfaction.
• Negotiate with Planning and Distribution teams for product availability, expedite shipments, and coordinate backorders.
• Validate customer pricing and alert the team of necessary contract modifications.

About you:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• At least 3 years in a Customer Service role/Order Management role.
• Fluent in French and English.
• Manufacturing industry or B2B experience strongly preferred.
• At least 3 years of SAP experience preferred.
• Salesforce knowledge is an asset.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to interface with various levels of management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
