Customer Service Specialist with French
Your responsibilities
Customer service of B2B customers in Switzerland mainly in written communication using French language.
Providing support including financial queries (both transactional business and basic accounting), answering product questions, implementing contract changes.
Utilizing available system landscape to find satisfying solutions for customer queries.
Cooperating with internal stakeholder network and external business partners.
Active assistance in all areas of the team, including participation in problem-solving activities and implementation of agreed solutions.
Our requirements
Fluent French (min. B2 level) and English and Polish on a very good level. Proficiency in Italian will be a valuable advantage.
Proactive approach with a team player mentality.
Customer focus and attention to detail.
Experience in customer service in an international environment would be an asset.
