ZAKRES OBOWIĄZKÓW:
Responsibilities:
- Process customer orders; enter new orders, updates and cancellations
- Answer questions and inquiries by email and phone
- Check product availability, prices and delivery
- Manage and process credit requests
- Collaborate with logistics, sales and finance teams
WYMAGANIA:
Requirements:
- Min. 1 year of experience in customer service or order management
- Very good knowledge of French, English and Polish
- Strong communication skills
- Good attention to detail
- Experience in SAP is a plus
