Your responsibilities
- You will be responsible for creating new and updating the existing Customer data records.
- You will manage orders by entering them into the ERP system and sending order confirmations to our customers.
- You will invoice completed orders and track their status.
- You will schedule shipments and organize, and follow up of these with our Transport and Logistics Partners.
- You will prepare the necessary shipping and international trade documents (Certificate of origin, Pro-forma, Customer documents)
- You will be responsible for daily communication with customers regarding their all order-related questions; both by phone and email.
- You actively participate in the enhancement of our processes and ERP system by suggesting improvements.
- You will support, and act as back-up for your team members in their field of Customer Service and shipment execution.
Our requirements
- You are in possession of at least a secondary degree, preferably related to administration or logistics.
- You have minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position.
- Good knowledge of international logistics/transportation regulations is an advantage.
- You are an excellent communicator, both spoken as in writing, also in English.
- Fluency in French at an intermediate level (B1/B2).
- Being able to communicate in Italian is a great plus.
- You are well organized, accurate and punctual when performing your tasks.
- You are a proficient user of MS Office programs and ERP systems.
- Being customer-oriented and flexible in terms of tasks and working hours is a must.

- Fluency in Polish at an intermediate level (B1/B2).
