ZAKRES OBOWIĄZKÓW:
Responsibilities:
- Supporting French-speaking customers via email and phone
- Receiving and processing orders in the system
- Cooperating with various departments to ensure timely order fulfillment
- Informing customers about order and delivery status
- Receiving and handling complaints
- Resolving ongoing issues
- Maintaining a positive image of the company
WYMAGANIA:
Requirements:
- Very good command of French (min. B2+)
- Very good command of English (min. B2)
- Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service
- Knowledge of SAP or another ERP-based system is an asset
- Willingness to work in a hybrid model (2 days per week from the office)
- Accuracy and attention to detail
