Customer Service Specialist with French
Katowice

Responsibilities:

• Focus on customer satisfaction
• Managing orders in the internal system
• Checking status of shipments
• Answer complaints and analyse the cause
• Addressing queries to the right person
• Coordination of orders, transport and external suppliers
• Enter data into the CRM
• Cooperation with Team Leader and other departments
• Working with the internal compliances, procedures and policies
• Process customer orders accurately with zero errors

Requirements:

• French - B2/C1
• English - min. B2
• min. 6 months of experience in Customer Service
• Communication skills
  
  

Nice to have / optional:

• Microsoft Office package
• SAP / ERP / other
• Knowledge of Spanish would be considered an asset
