Job Description:
For our Client, a leading global business services provider, we are looking for enthusiastic and communicative individuals to join their team in Kraków. Responsibilities:
- Handle and respond to business inquiries and incoming calls efficiently.
- Address customer questions related to products, promotions, orders, invoices, payments, returns, online platforms, incentives, and terms and conditions using available resources.
- Process customer requests and ensure data accuracy by updating our database regularly.
- Keep detailed records of all customer interactions in our ticketing system.
- Support the deployment and adoption of new IT solutions within the team.
- Develop and propose innovative ideas aimed at enhancing customer satisfaction and experience.
- Collaborate with and support team members to help them build their skills and capabilities.
- Engage in cross-departmental projects, contributing beyond the scope of regular duties.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in one of the following languages at a fluent level (C1): Slovenian, Bulgarian, Romanian, or Danish - mandatory.
- Another European language at a fluent level (C1) - mandatory.
- Enthusiastic and communicative approach.
- Willingness to embrace new challenges and opportunities.
- Strong teamwork skills with a focus on internal and external customers.
