Responsibilities

  • handling customer inquiries via phone and multiple communication channels,
  • analyzing reported issues and providing timely, accurate resolutions,
  • building and maintaining professional relationships with business clients,
  • cooperating with internal teams to ensure efficient case handling,
  • identifying recurring issues and supporting process and knowledge base improvements,
  • meeting defined quality, productivity and turnaround time targets,
  • working in line with internal procedures, policies and compliance requirements.

Requirements

  • strong communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset,
  • finnish or norwegian language proficiency at c1 level,
  • approximately 2 years of experience in an international contact center environment,
  • ability to support team queries, handle escalations and maintain documentation,
  • good technical understanding and confidence in using ms office tools, especially excel,
  • analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
