Responsibilities
- handling customer inquiries via phone and multiple communication channels,
- analyzing reported issues and providing timely, accurate resolutions,
- building and maintaining professional relationships with business clients,
- cooperating with internal teams to ensure efficient case handling,
- identifying recurring issues and supporting process and knowledge base improvements,
- meeting defined quality, productivity and turnaround time targets,
- working in line with internal procedures, policies and compliance requirements.
Requirements
- strong communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset,
- finnish or norwegian language proficiency at c1 level,
- approximately 2 years of experience in an international contact center environment,
- ability to support team queries, handle escalations and maintain documentation,
- good technical understanding and confidence in using ms office tools, especially excel,
- analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
