Job Description:

We have offices in Gdańsk, Warsaw, Katowice, Cracow, Poznań, and Wrocław. Professional is part of LeasingTeam Group - Polands largest group of exclusively Polish-owned personnel consultancy companies that for the past 15 years has been effectively linking candidates with employers and providing them with a comprehensive range of HR services.

For one of our Clients, we are currently looking for:

Responsibilities:

• Provide assistance via phone, chats, and emails from Finnish-speaking clients (streaming industry)
• Address contract and billing inquiries
• Serve B2B and B2C clients
• Provide high-quality customer service

Requirements:

• Fluency in Finnish (C1 level), and English written and verbal (B2)
• Strong communication skills and openness to working with people
• Availability to work 5 days out of 7 with 8.5-hour shifts per day (including breaks), between: Mon-Fri 8:00-18:00
• Work from the office in Warsaw

Additional Information:

• Contract of employment or contract of mandate
• Relocation package: transportation costs within Poland and from abroad (flight/train/bus tickets) and 2 weeks accommodation in a hotel
