Customer Service Specialist with Finnish and English

Our client is a global professional services company providing a broad range of services in strategy, consulting, digital, technology, and operations. The office is located in Warsaw.
Responsibilities
- Handle customer service activities related to service and repair requests via phone or email.
- Validate contractual agreements related to the Service and Repair process.
- Manage orders and returns in SAP.
- Coordinate the service and repair process with internal teams and vendors.
- Ensure resolution of queries within contractual metrics.
- Perform order management activities such as acknowledgment, validation, and integrity checks for internal and external customers.
- Verify and monitor received orders for accuracy.
- Communicate issues to customers or suppliers.
- Contribute actively to team targets and support team members.
Requirements
- Very good proficiency in English and Finnish (minimum B2 level).
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Preferably experience in customer service.
- Good understanding of OTC or Order Management processes.
- Strong analytical skills, with effective time and priority management.
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to a dynamic environment.
- Experience with SAP is an asset.
