Customer Service Specialist with Finnish and English

Our client is a global professional services company providing a broad range of services in strategy, consulting, digital, technology, and operations. The office is located in Warsaw.

Responsibilities

  • Handle customer service activities related to service and repair requests via phone or email.
  • Validate contractual agreements related to the Service and Repair process.
  • Manage orders and returns in SAP.
  • Coordinate the service and repair process with internal teams and vendors.
  • Ensure resolution of queries within contractual metrics.
  • Perform order management activities such as acknowledgment, validation, and integrity checks for internal and external customers.
  • Verify and monitor received orders for accuracy.
  • Communicate issues to customers or suppliers.
  • Contribute actively to team targets and support team members.

Requirements

  • Very good proficiency in English and Finnish (minimum B2 level).
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Preferably experience in customer service.
  • Good understanding of OTC or Order Management processes.
  • Strong analytical skills, with effective time and priority management.
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to a dynamic environment.
  • Experience with SAP is an asset.
