What we expect
- You have proven experience in the corporate environment of 2-5 years or similar, Customer Service is the most preferable, but it is not a must-have
- You have a Finnish language proficiency in speaking and writing (B2 onwards)
- You have anEnglishlanguage proficiency in speaking and writing (B2 onwards)
- You are open for business trips, especially during the first months of employment (onboarding, training program, etc.)
- You have an approach consisting ofeffective communication, working as ateam player, within thesolution-oriented and customer-focused mindset
- If you have a know-how of working with SAP, ServiceNow, and Basware, it is nice to have
- If you speak other European languages (Swedish), it is a huge benefit

Your tasks
- Deliver accurate sales invoicing and miscellaneous invoicing
- Handle master data requests related to customer master data
- Perform tasks related to sales invoice collection together in cooperation with the Business personnel and Finance collection team
- Management of purchase orders and delivery specifications, and verification of purchase orders for the B2B purchasing process in cooperation with the Business personnel
- Monitor B2B customer and vendor accounts together with Finance & Controlling
- Daily collaborate and communicate with internal and external stakeholders
- Support continuous improvement of customer service processes and ways of working
