What we expect

  • You have proven experience in the corporate environment of 2-5 years or similar, Customer Service is the most preferable, but it is not a must-have
  • You have a Finnish language proficiency in speaking and writing (B2 onwards)
  • You have anEnglishlanguage proficiency in speaking and writing (B2 onwards)
  • You are open for business trips, especially during the first months of employment (onboarding, training program, etc.)
  • You have an approach consisting ofeffective communication, working as ateam player, within thesolution-oriented and customer-focused mindset
  • If you have a know-how of working with SAP, ServiceNow, and Basware, it is nice to have
  • If you speak other European languages (Swedish), it is a huge benefit

Your tasks

  • Deliver accurate sales invoicing and miscellaneous invoicing
  • Handle master data requests related to customer master data
  • Perform tasks related to sales invoice collection together in cooperation with the Business personnel and Finance collection team
  • Management of purchase orders and delivery specifications, and verification of purchase orders for the B2B purchasing process in cooperation with the Business personnel
  • Monitor B2B customer and vendor accounts together with Finance & Controlling
  • Daily collaborate and communicate with internal and external stakeholders
  • Support continuous improvement of customer service processes and ways of working
