For one of our Clients - a global company specializing in providing outsourced customer support, technical assistance, and digital solutions for businesses across various industries - we are currently looking for:
Customer Service Specialist with Estonian
Job description:
Providing technical phone support for users of RTV and household appliances (e.g. refrigerators, washing machines, TVs)
Diagnosing and troubleshooting technical problems
Offering information about product functionalities
Entering service requests into the system
Expectations:
Fluency in Estonian (C1)
Good command of English (B1/B2)
Basic knowledge of how household/RTV equipment works
Friendly attitude, strong communication skills, willingness to learn
Ability to type quickly and efficiently
Availability for at least 120 hours per month Offer:
Work from the office - Warsaw Mokotów, possibility of remote working after the trial period
Working hours from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM (Monday to Friday)
Employment based on a contract of mandate
Employee training
Salary: 53 PLN per hour
