Customer Service Specialist with English/German/French
Your responsibilities
- Contact with clients via phone and email
- Overseeing guests’ reservations
- Administrative tasks in all VISIONAPARTMENTS locations
- Work with VMS system (after training)
- Supervising cameras in our locations and taking further actions if needed (only Nightshift)
Our requirements
- Fluent English (at least B2 level). Any additional language would be an asset (especially German or French)
- Strong customer focus, developed time management and organizational skills
- Accuracy, reliability, responsibility and flexibility
- Ability to work under pressure and to effectively handle multiple, concurrent tasks
- Flexibility, availability at least 60-80 h per month
