Responsibilities:
- Act as the main contact for shipment issues (damaged, lost, delayed)
- Coordinate with carriers, warehouses, and internal teams to resolve claims
- Maintain accurate records in SAP and manage the shared mailbox
- Collect and verify claim documentation
- Submit claims to carriers/insurers on time
- Prepare reports and support process improvements
Requirements:
- English - B2/C1
- 2-3 years of experience in Customer Service / Order Processing / Logistics
- Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Organizational and administrative skills
- Attention to details and analytical thinking
Nice to have / optional:
- Polish - B2/C1
- SAP experience (or orther ERP system)
- Familiarity with transportation regulations
