Your responsibilities:
- Email and phone contact with customers
- Daily order processing in SAP
- Delivery coordination and daily contact with European branches
- Managing invoices and credit/debit notes
- Timely responses to various inquiries
- Supporting customers in resolving issues and incidents
- Building long-term relationships with clients
WYMAGANIA:
Our expectations:
- Very good command of English (B2)
- Fluent Dutch (B2/C1)
- Experience in customer service
- Practical knowledge of MS Office
- Proactive attitude
- Independence and strong communication skills
