ZAKRES OBOWIĄZKÓW:
Your responsibilities:
- Email and phone contact with customers;
- Daily order processing in SAP;
- Delivery coordination and daily contact with European branches;
- Managing invoices and credit/debit notes;
- Timely responses to various inquiries;
- Supporting customers in resolving issues and incidents;
- Building long-term relationships with clients.
WYMAGANIA:
Our expectations:
- Very good command of English (B2);
- Fluent Dutch (B2/C1);
- Experience in customer service;
- Practical knowledge of MS Office;
- Proactive attitude;
- Independence and strong communication skills.
