ZAKRES OBOWIĄZKÓW:

• Handling incoming calls clients,
• Managing email and chat inquiries,
• Ensuring the correct resolution of issues,
• Identifying customer needs through phone calls,
• Collaborating with other support levels,
• Maintaining the highest quality of customer relationships,
• Regular reporting of results in the system.

• Danish or Norwegian or Finnish or Swedish language proficiency (C1) and English (minimum B2),
• Availability to work in an office in Warsaw,
• Customer service experience is an advantage,
• Great communication skills.

• Full-time employment contract,
