Who Can Apply

What You’ll Do
- ? Provide exceptional support in Danish and English through chats, emails, and calls.
- ✈ Advise clients and partners on flights, products, prices, fares, and services.
- ? Identify client needs and proactively suggest solutions.
- ? Assist customers with travel-related issues.
What We Need
- ?? & ?? Proficiency in Danish and English, both written and spoken (C1 level preferred, but personality and skills can make a difference!).
- ? A positive attitude and love for communicating with customers and colleagues.
- ? Experience in customer service and CRM tools is a plus, but not a must.
