This role is based at Aleja Solidarności 171, Warsaw, Poland. We provide relocation support to help you settle in smoothly.
What You’ll Do:- Provide exceptional support in Danish and English through chats, emails, and calls.
- Advise clients and partners on flights, products, prices, fares, and services, playing a key role in their success.
- Identify client needs and proactively suggest solutions.
- Assist customers with travel‑related issues.
What We Need:- Proficiency in Danish and English, both written and spoken (C1 level preferred, personality and skills also valued).
- A positive attitude and love for communicating with customers and colleagues.
- Experience in customer service and CRM tools is a plus, but not required.
