Job Description:

Scope of duties:

1. The daily execution of customer orders in SAP & e-commerce portal, order management & fulfillment
2. Coordination of the entire order delivery process in SAP: master data, pricing, availability, changes, deliveries, incidents
3. Delivery management and daily contact with mother plants & warehouses located in Europe
4. Claim management
5. Management of invoices and credit/debit notes
6. Price maintenance in SAP
7. Timely responding to various queries and ad-hoc requests affiliated with order management, assisting customers in solving problems and incidents
8. Building long-term relations with customers and internal stakeholders

What we want:

1. Very good knowledge of Danish, English and Polish
2. Experience in Customer Service, Order Management, Logistics, Planning / Stock Replenishment or similar areas
3. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
4. Export knowledge and sea container process would be an advantage
5. Teamwork and problem-solving attitude
6. Knowledge of MS Office
7. Knowledge of SAP will be an asset
8. Very strong communication skills and pro-client attitude
