Customer Service Specialist with Czech/Slovak (M/F)

Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries via phone and email, ensuring a high standard of service.
- Analyze reported issues, troubleshoot effectively, and deliver accurate, timely solutions.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with customers through professional and empathetic communication.
- Cooperate closely with internal teams to ensure smooth and efficient case resolution.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and actions taken.
- Identify recurring challenges and actively contribute to process optimization and knowledge base enhancements.
Requirements:
- Advanced proficiency in English and Czech, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a customer-focused mindset.
- At least 2 years of experience in an international contact center environment.
- Solid knowledge of Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
