Customer Service Specialist with Czech or Slovak

We are currently seeking a Customer Service Specialist with Czech or Slovak for one of our clients.

Responsibilities

• Customer service (pre/after sales) for inbound calls
• Handling enquiries via telephone, contact form, email, chat, and Facebook
• Handling warranty complaints
• Resolving technical problems
• Product comparisons, special offers, and product advice
• Working with documentation and data management
• Ensuring high-quality customer service and maintaining a good brand image

Requirements

• Fluency in spoken and written Czech or Slovak (minimum C1 level)
• English knowledge at B2 level for team communication and training
• Excellent computer and MS Office skills
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Friendly approach to customers
