Location: Remote work, Poland area





Your daily tasks:

  • Providing the highest level of customer service connected to technical support;   
  • Answering incoming calls, mails and meeting targets set by our client and management;  
  • Following company policies and procedures, ensuring quality;   
  • Performing daily tasks in an efficient and timely manner;   
  • Achieving quality goals for calls and customer satisfaction.










What do we expect from you?



  • Language: Native knowledge of both Czech and Slovak and good knowledge of English (B2);  
  • Experience: Good to have experience in customer service, especially in technical projects;   
  • Technology: Knowledge of MS Office and developed computer skills, tech-savvy profile;   
  • Personality: Motivated and enthusiastic, not scared of challenges.

Working conditions:



  • Type of contract you choose yourself (freelance contract for students below 26 years old and employment contract for employees above 26 years old);  
  • Basic salary + monthly bonuses;   
  • Work fully remotely from the comfort of your own home.
