For our client - a multinational company in the manufacturing industry, with an SSC in Poznań, we are looking for a candidate who would like to develop in the area of Customer Service.
Requirements
- Fluent Czech and basic English
- Excellent communication skills
- Client-service attitude
- Previous experience in Customer Service – well seen
- Slovak language skills – would be a plus
Responsibilities
- Perform as a first contact person within the company
- Provide service for Czech customers via email and phone
- Work with sales team and other departments to support company’s partners
- Create & check sales documents (in Order to Cash processes)
