Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  1. Provide telephone and email support for customer service, including financial queries.
  2. Answer product questions and provide answers to basic technical questions.
  3. Independently process all kinds of requests from our customers, partners, and third parties, according to our SLA’s and quality requirements.
  4. Update systems to reflect contract changes, including activating new services and changes to customer status.
  5. Set up and maintain new and existing customers in our systems.
  6. Actively support operational implementation of new products and services.
  7. Execute recurring tasks (e.g., Money Return, OTP-Queues, and Statistics).
  8. Participate and cooperate in projects.
  9. Resolve and follow up on customer issues, escalating to technical support teams as appropriate.

Who Are We Looking For

  1. Customer care experience and a strong client focus.
  2. Very good verbal and written business communication skills in Czech.
  3. Good verbal and written business communication skills in English and Polish.
  4. Problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.
