CUSTOMER SERVICE SPECIALIST WITH CROATIAN

On behalf of our client (an international company, one of the leaders in customer service), we are looking for candidates for the position of CUSTOMER SERVICE SPECIALIST with excellent knowledge of Croatian.

Location: Warsaw – on site or fully remotely (you can choose!)

Responsibilities:

1. Telephone and e-mail technical support for Croatian speaking clients.

Working hours: 8.00-16.00

EXPECTATIONS:

1. Fluent Croatian
2. Ability to communicate in Polish or English
3. Interest in technical issues
4. Excellent interpersonal skills, team work oriented
