Customer Service Specialist (m/w/d)

• Completed commercial high school / college or equivalent training.
• Relevant experience in internal sales, customer support, ideally in the area of flexible packaging.
• Negotiating skills and strong communication skills.
• Fluent Polish and good written and spoken English skills.
• Pro-active, positive mindset with “can do” attitude.
• Team player with the ability to multi-task and working independently.
• Good IT skills (knowledge of MS Office).

To strengthen our team in the customer support department at  Coveris Rypin, we are looking for Customer Service Specialist  (m/w/d) to provide a high level of customer care, by ensuring all enquiries are responded to in an efficient, professional and timely manner. To manage an order from beginning to end and be a touch point for all departments within Coveris.
