Location: Warsaw 

Your daily tasks:  

• Providing the highest level of customer service (E-mail/Phone);   
• Answering incoming calls and meeting targets set by the customer and management;  
• Following company policies and procedures, ensuring quality;   
• Performing daily tasks in an efficient and timely manner;   
• Achieving quality goals for calls and customer satisfaction. 

What do we expect from you?  

• Language: Proficiency in either Italian or Spanish (C1) and English (C1) - Italian + English or Spanish + English;  
• Experience: Cool if you have experience in sales;   
• Technology: Knowledge of MS Office and developed computer skills, technical skills;   
• Personality: Motivated and enthusiastic.

Working conditions:  

• Type of contract you choose yourself (freelance contract for students or employment contract for non-studying employees);  
• Basic salary + bonuses;  
• Working hours: 9:00 am – 5:00 pm, Monday - Friday (8 hours a day);  
• On-site work in our new office in Warsaw
