This position provides customer service support and resolution of routine problems regarding clients product or services.**Your responsibilities:*** Responding to customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email, representing Volkswagen Group with professionalism and enthusiasm.* Maintain clear and accurate documentation of customer interactions, resolutions, and follow-ups in the CRM system.* Use analysis tools and extensive test management to analyze technical problems in detail and provide possible solutions* Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the overall customer experience.
