Job Description
The Advisor I, Customer Service position, interfaces with customers via inbound calls, outbound calls, or through the Internet depending on client requirements. This role provides customer service support and resolves routine problems regarding the clients products or services.
Your responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email, representing Volkswagen Group professionally and enthusiastically.
- Maintain clear and accurate documentation of customer interactions, resolutions, and follow-ups in the CRM system.
- Use analysis tools and extensive test management to analyze technical problems and provide solutions.
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the overall customer experience and stay updated on Volkswagen Group’s latest offerings, policies, and services.
- Exhibit warmth and enthusiasm in every customer interaction.
- Utilize your knowledge of automotive and digital products to troubleshoot and resolve issues effectively.
- Support customers in using digital services across various touchpoints (mobile, vehicle, websites).
Our requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience in a call center or customer service, preferably in the automotive industry or digital products/services.
- Technical experience with a high affinity for IT and analysis tools.
- Strong communication skills, with a minimum C1 level in Polish.
- Good knowledge of English (minimum B2 level) for internal communication, documentation, and training.
- Passion for contributing to Volkswagens success in the automotive sector.
- Ability to remain composed, tactful, and solution-focused with customers.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a solution-oriented mindset, with a passion for learning and adapting to new technologies.
Desired:
- Experience with luxury brands and high-end customer relationships in automotive.
- Familiarity with CRM systems.
- Interest in automotive technology and passion for cars and Volkswagen Group’s innovations.
