Customer Service Specialist – Automotive (Italian)
Location: Katowice, Śląskie, Poland. Remote work from home available.
Concentrix is looking for a customer service specialist in the automotive industry who is fluent in Italian. This role involves working with customers via phone, chat, and email, providing timely and accurate information about automotive and digital products.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email, representing the company with professionalism and enthusiasm.
- Maintain clear and accurate documentation of customer interactions, resolutions, and follow‑ups in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the overall customer experience.
- Stay updated on the latest offerings, policies, and services to provide customers with accurate and timely information.
- Exhibit warmth and enthusiasm in every customer interaction.
- Utilize knowledge of automotive and digital products to troubleshoot and resolve issues effectively.
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in a call center or customer service role, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Strong communication skills, with a minimum C1 level in Italian.
- Very good knowledge of English, minimum B2 level for internal communication, documentation & training.
- Excited about contributing to continued success and growth in the automotive sector.
- The ability to stay composed, tactful, and solution‑focused when interacting with customers.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and a creative, solution‑oriented mindset.
